    A. It enables the switch to become the spanning-tree root bridge.
    As you Know root bridge election is based on Bridge id (Switch Priority+MAC)
    B. It enables the reduced MAC address feature.
    I have not study so far any feature related with MAC address which can be reduced or incresed.So will not pick this option
    C. It enables spanning-tree to create dynamic system IDs.
    D. It enables extended VLANs.
    Extended VLAN is a range which nothing has to do with Spanning-tree feature ,in spaning-tree it will be just a VLAN either Extended or standard

    Based on this I will pick C.Which seems more relevant

    @Siva
    In context of spanning tree,that command allow the switch to create BID which is unique for per VLAN ,by dividing the 16 bit bridge priority in common STP into Priority (4bit,used to define 16 priority value in multiple of 4096) and extended system id(12 bit).Those 12 bits are used for marking the VLAN (4096).Cisco started using Per vlan spanning tree feature.
    So as a student,it is more logical answer that with this feature,switch can create dynamic BID for per VLAN,if this feature was not enabled system was still using one MAC + bridge priority,there would be no value to identify for which VLAN this BPDU belongs to.STP can not work as it is supposed to.
