I passed the exam with 928..

t15.74 is still valid

I not prepare well, did not read book just watch some CBT and maybe shud read book. But I did get different Qs from TI 5.74.

I understand that everyone is saying that TI 5.74 is still valid for the exam but what about all the questions that are posted on this site will they still be valid for the exam? Are they similar to the TI?

Come on man…i’m not trying to be an a**hole here but that’s not the way to become a CCNP…it wouldn’t be of any use to get the CCNP paper without locking down all the concepts first…This site should just be used as a helper not a shortcut…plus things you don’t undestand on SWITCH will haunt you when you go on to take the TSHOOT…also what’s gonna happen when u go to interviews?

I just passed the exam. Two new D&D. Do not panic. I passed the exam with TI 5.74 only. Take a proper look at the vlan and security implementation question. Others are just breeze if you have gone through TI.

Go through end-to-end and local vlan, one d&D was from that. another was from vlan implementation.

Another d&d was already mentioned in the comments section here. System, netwok and management redundancy.

Lab and hotspot same from this site.

I assume you passed the SWITCH exam and not the BCMSN exam (valid still for those guys who are netacademy students). Please confirm.
Secondly, I can see TI5.74 w. 227q contains much Wireless questions. Did you get any Wireless questions in the real exam?

How can I configure switch?
I installed vmware and gns3.
As of today I managed myself upto the point of configuration
but yet to start.
On my pc I can see dynamips console but nothing more.
I am sorry if the above question sound stupid.

Guys the digitaltut website “CCNP route” website has been suspended

why?

I just finished the exam today and I would like to share will everyone what you need to know to PASS the exam. If you use the TI 5.74 it will cover 90% of all the questions on the exam. The one’s that aren’t covered are so easy if you know basic switching you won’t have any problems. As for the Labs well every single one that I got both times I took the exam are on this site and they are 100% percent correct. So thanks to everyone in the forum for throwing around useless dumps and bad material because all you need to PASS is in those two places. Now if you value your career at all you’ll actually need to learn this info to make any use of it.

For all we know they are just having hosting issues, unpaid bill, etc.

It’s a good book huh. I think I’ll take my ROUTE exam in about a week. I don’t have the labs saved unfortunately.

I’m guessing its just some issue with the host. Because if it was Cisco shutting down these sites or something, why would only ccna, and ccnp route be down, and not the others.

I have just Passed the exam with 979. Dont know where I went wrong, apart from a new D&D Of VLAN Implementation. 4 new question which was really easy if u read the book foundation learning Guide. All other question from TI 5.74 and v3.3 for BCMSN.

Be well prepared for Lab as u cannot spend to much time on LAB…

There will no new CBT Nuggets for switch this year. But I grant you that the old is more than enough. But some contents for the switch are in the ISCW and ONT. So get all 3.

One question to community: I recently found out what you all mean with TI 5.74. I got that meanwhile as installable copy. I wanted to buy the 642-813. But it seems that TestinsIde (capital letters in RED). The hp is http://www.testinside.com but my japanese is not that good :-)))) The other company is TestInside (captial letters in RED) and the site is http://www.test-inside.com. But this engine looks totally different. Do anybody know where the follow up of 5.74 can be bought?

If was going to buy a practice I would normally use Pass4sure. I have always had success with Pass4sure. I tried the the 813 test about a month ago and pass4sure didn’t have a test to buy so I bought the test1pass and I fail and the test wasn’t even close.

I need to pass the 813 test but I’m not sure which test to buy. Should I buy the pass4sure, Passguide, Testking or something else.

I plan on using a test engine along with study guides, videos and this site but I wanted to get everyones input on the test engine.

I passed switch exam on 11 september 850/1000
60% MCQ from TI the lab and the hotspot qution from certprepare and i cand find many of of DD from your expereince in this site
i suggest you study the switch book very well i will guarantee if you read the swich book and study this site and TI you will pass the exam but you have to study more .

Labs Are LACP with STP Sim, MLS and EIGRP Sim, AAAdot1x Lab Sim

In MLS and EIGRP dont confused as they will give u four subnet which u dont need. All u need to do is making sure u using right subnet for given VLAN interface. And I didnt go through the cisco official exam guide. From Foundation Learning Guide or any other book just take enough knowlegde on VLAN Implementation Plan and about High Availabilty. Because I got 4/5 new question which I cant remember was tricky but easy.Try to find out which answers are wrong then u will see only one or max two left and you can work out the correct answer.

how is everyone opening the TI 5.74 vce file? did you all buy the visual certexam suite for $24?

I was on the exam today and I passed. TI5.74 (with testking 2.0 and TI3.3) are still actual. The same for labs on this page (dot1x, lacp, mls, hsrp hotspot)
